Please note that we do not currently offer returns when the guarantee time expired.
We provide warranty for different products( see above), and our returns and exchanges are free, which means we will cover all return costs under the warranty.
If the product you receive is defective, broken, missing contents or not what you want with your purchase, please notify us within 7 days of delivery at support@fravita.com or by phone +86 769-35857483 (BST 9:00am - 6:00pm) to initiate a return or exchange.
Note:
1. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
2. Please offer your order number and the products that you would like to return when contacting us.
Return Conditions:
1. within the guaranteed time.
2. The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
1) Original shipping fees
2) E-gift cards items
3) Purchased from a third-party seller
4) Lost /Damage caused by customers
3. We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first.
Note: The original shipping fee and insurance are non-refundable.

Please do not send your return to the address on your package. That is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return.

Refund will be released within 5 working days after we received the package.Refund excluded shipping, because delivery company charge it already when package sent out.
Please leave a note inside package, remark order number,so that we can know when we got it.
Please send us tracking info after you return, which is quite important. Without return info, there will be no refund.
