We have warehouses set up in China and Singapore. Once your order is placed, we would ship from the nearest location. And when we shipped out, you will receive an email notification with the tracking number.
Shipping Costs & Delivery Schedules:

Due to the impact of COVID-19, the actual delivery time may be delayed.
1. We do not have access to ship to these regions: Asia (except HongKong, Taiwan, Macau), South America (except Brazil), Africa, Iceland and Armed Forces-Americas/Europe/Africa/Canada/Pacific and colonies.
2. If the shipment cannot be delivered due to unexpected circumstances, the FRAVITA customer service team will contact our customer via email within 48 hours for refund processing.
Duties & Taxes :
For international orders, shipping fees are exclusive of duties and taxes. These charges are levied by the country you are shipping to, and payment is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. If the customs charges are not paid COD (cash on delivery), the order will be returned back to Fravita.
