Where do you ship from?
It depends on where you are located. We have warehouses set up in China and Singapore. Once your order is placed, we would ship from the nearest location.
Where do you ship to?
We ship to almost every country in the world. Except for US, when importing from other countries, we need your assistance in customs clearance.
How long will the delivery take?

How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link. Please allow 48 to 72 hrs for the link to show any information. The tracking links may not update but the package is still on its way once it has left the warehouse.
Why my tracking link is not working?
Please allow up to 2 business days for shipping information to show up as tracking information is only updated when the package gets through parcel point hubs. This also means that if the tracker does not update daily the package is still on its way to you.
If the package is not received within 30 business days, please contact us.
What is your warranty?
You will be protected by 90 Days Money Back Guarantee or Product Replacement for defective product purchased from www.fravita.com.

What is your cancellation policy?
Once an order is placed, it is on its way quickly! Unfortunately, changes to the orders are not possible after they’ve been processed. Will I be charged additional customs fees or import taxes?
Unfortunately, we do not have physical shops yet, we are an online shop only.
